I have ordered Boat rockerz 370 and cancelled but paytm has not accepeted my paytm cancel request and delivered product to my home after 8 hours without my knowledge again i put a return request and it is cancelled by the seller and my product is also defective and he’s saying we will only take if the box is damaged Don’t i have right to cancel my order or to return if it is defective my order id is 13617874601
