A week ago, i have ordered Samsung Galaxy F62 mobile phone through flipkart. Since the day one i have been facing mic and speaker issue. I have contacted customer care of flipkart and they suggested few trouble shooting steps. I followed the steps but still the issue exists. After that they scheduled technician visit today (8-mar-2021)and he confirmed that mobile phone is defective product.
I have raised a return request 7-mar-2021 which is a last day for my return request, but when i check today in the update status it is mentioned, my return request cannot be processed since my return request date is passed.
When i request for a call back, Flipkart not at all giving response.
Please help me to replace the defective phone or i would request the paid money back to me.
