I have placed an order in Paytm Mall on 19th October 2018. Its Order No. 6323731261, later on, 25th of same month placed return request. but its return request has been rejected by Paytm Mall(R M ENTERPRISES PLOT NO. 333 KH. NO. 57/14 EXTENSION 2C, NANGLOI) without informing or consulting me. PAytm Mall Customer care number also not reachable to me and I did not get any customer support from it. Even though I did not find email id related to paytm mall complaints.
I want to return it at any cost.
