Hi,
This is regarding return request being canceled automatically everytime for the following order number:
I have requested return for the product and everytime it is automatically getting canceled without any attempt to pick it up.
Please check that the request was raised for around 8 times now and each time without any reason it is canceled.
I have tried getting help from customer care both via chat and talk to agent options and they have assured that it won’t happen next time, but still this issue persists.
I have also tried to raise my concern through email ([email protected]) as provided by call support executives, but response from here also says to only raise these issues with call service centre (via chat or talk to agent options).
I have asked several times to share the details of the concerned or assigned team who are looking into this issue. And what are the updates from their side like why cancelation is happening or what is the reason for this poor service? But never I have been provided with any such useful info.
I have exhausted all my energy and waited long enough now.
