I had given this item to my mom.
I am not able to raise a return request. Today is the last day to return .
Could you please do the needful.
Item is defective, it hangs and the buttons don’t work.
They are staying in Coorg and internet connectivity is bad . I am currently in Germany and I won’t be able to help them with installing apps .
Could you please arrange for the return of this product.
One suggestion : kindly provide some contact number to arrange for returns, how can we guide our parents to install app and stuff to arrange for return. its quite tedious. especially if parents don’t have internet then its impossible to return
