Dear sir I had purchased led light from Flipkart , I received my product on 20 th April 2022 but my product was defective so i has been raised a return request after that on 27 th April 2022 someone came at my address from ekatra courier without any call and that time I am unavailable at my address so dilivery boy can’t pickup my parcel and I requested to that boy he comes some other time and cordinate with my self but he didn’t connect me next 2 days and sudden on 30th April 2022 early morning I got msg from Flipkart my return request have been cancelled after that I am trying to connect so many time to Flipkart support team but I didn’t so please help me as soon as possible to return this item . Because this is serious concern for me and I am very unsatisfied from Ekart team and also from Flipkart team so please give me a needful help from your side .
