Dear sir,
My name khushboo (B M Enterprises). I am order realme 8i order dated 15-08-2022 . Realme 8i phone received 23-08-2022 . Saller return policy 7 days. I am return request created with in 7 days & the date of return request created 30-08-2022. & Your technician visit 02-09-2022 . But your technician visit is not complete 02-09-2022 ,03-09-2022, 04-09-2022, 05-09-2022 and your customer care executive return request status not update & your customer care executive return cancelled & date 05-09-2022 new return request created & 07-09-2022 on time your technician come (Raj Kumar) ok & technician visit complete & return approved refund approved.but saller realme phone 8i pick up condition on phone IMEI no check point & screen pattren lock check point. But phone switch off condition.& Ekat executive phone off condition in IMEI & screen pattren lock not checked & not my phone pick up. But saller return request cancelled the return policy 7 days but I am return request created on time 7 days 30-08-2022 & your technician not come 02-09-2022 this is not my fault.
Please pick up my phone my refund my amount 10,428.00/- .
