I had raised return request for puma shoes as i had ordered pink colour puma shoes with lace and had delivered blue color puma shoes without lace. I had raised return request for 4 times but it got rejected everytime. Inspite of getting help from flipkart, my account is blocked and I cannot use it.
I got message from flipkart ( Return Update: Sorry, your return request for PUMA Kendall Wns Runni… cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact. But where i am claiming product is not delivered me in good condition.. my complaint is getting wrong colour shoes .
Pls help ….m really disappointed..
