Requesting a return & refund of my payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

This PCS Stream Bath Machine Home Portable Steam Sauna Bath as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product that I bought from your company, through your Online Store.

It seems that the product is different in the package. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not responding so I am here to seek for your help.

I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the different product within 14 days return product policy.

I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.
