The product was sent in small size and after return request made no action was taken till date even though customer care informed that product will get pickup on 25.03.19 even though return requested on 19.03.2019 but till date nobody picked and now on 25.03.19 customer care is telling that product (innerwear) will not be taken back.
If proper size was not sent then it is whose fault and who has to bear loss.Its not matter of Rs.350/- but its matter of customer satisfaction while doing business.
I believe even though item not picked for return but atleast the same should not continue for the other customers.
Please lookinto the matter.
