Text of Complaint by Mahendra Nath:

Hi Team,

This mail is to inform you that I had received the fault product from flipkat with the order ID. OD427901282022188100

I had ordered the mobile phone ( motorola e40 )

After the delivery when I opened the package I noticed the thin line inside the screen.
Immediately I raised the replacement request.
I paid an amount of rs 8528 to purchase this product but I received the fault product.

When I requested the flipkat customer they are not accepting return or Replacement.
Flipkat mentions that we can do Replacement if any damage in delivery of the product.
I also fall under this Replacement window but still flipkat rejecting the return request.

And one important flipkat also hiding the previous history of the return requests and asking to contact seller.

I purchased the item from flipkat but how would I get resolution from seller.

And flipkat not allowing the option to write complaint further it’s all disabled.

Please help in replacement of the item from the Flipkart.
