My return request was rejected. all the tags are intact, and the team did not provided any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating “used” and “damaged”. I want proof of the same, which I know they don’t have because the product is as it is.
Also in addition to the refund and return, I would also like to escalate the inconvenience caused and unprofessionalism by the team.

Ordered a Black baggy fit jeans from Myntra delivered on May 15, and placed a return request on May 15 2023 right after because of undesired fitting.
The item was picked up the next day on 16 may evening, and later next morning I was informed that the return was put on hold (on May 16, 2023) and that they had created a incident for the same.
And now they are saying item will be return back . Please resolve this problem and make refund back
