Ordered Elle black heels on Myntra. On 2nd Jun received the product and returned same day itself. After 1 day the return status shows quality checked failed and when I called customer care, he says it was used product and no label which is so not true. How can one use product for half and hour. In addition to that If your process of checking the quality of refund material is so important process then what do you think your pickup/ deliver agents do while collecting the items. Till today I have call 5-6 times customer care, but neither I have received back the product nor the money. So stop cheating your customers!!!
