I ordered a product of OnePlus earphones from jiomart and it arrived defected, when i raised a return request it was denied and asked me to visit OnePlus store myself. Now OnePlus store is 160 km away from me and if i have to visit stores on my own what is the point of shopping online. They are just trying to frustrate the customer to the point where he will give up and will keep their product even if it is damaged.
