Dear Sir
I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A6+ through PaytmMall thru order No. 6579919067 on 21.11.2018. i have used Promocode SAM2500 and already got refund in my Paytm Account of Rs. 2500. At the same time i have requested for exchange of my old mobile Motorola G4 +.
I was given this confirmation while doing transaction. “Exchange Cashback with Motorola Moto G4 Plus:3,800”. which you can see in my attachment. Shadowfax courier person had attempted pickup just once on 24.11, when i was not at home, so requested them to pickup from my office which he refused. Again i rescheduled pickup of 24.11, but since then they have not come to collect. and have kept my order on Hold. Hence my refund of Rs. 3800 is held up. Now they are just not taking my calls. i have also complained 4 times which ref nos. 98143542, 98291333, 98448280, 98807158. requesting them to send courier person. but all my complaints have gone in dust bin looks like. the customer care person is only answering that they have forwarded my compliant to their team and they will revert back. But from 29.11 till today no one has replied… what should i do now… i need solution immediately. Fed up following up for this silly thing of courier person not picking up exchange product.
