Issue details and discussion summary below:
1. Product which I ordered, L size is mentioned in description and S size mentioned in image.
2. Before order, I discussed with Flipkart help centre and clarified that L size will be deliver as per size mentioned in description if in case S size sent , I will be able to return it. Team can check call history .
3. Product is delivered with S size which is not expected and immediately contacted to CS to process the return.
4. CS processed the return request to BE team 3 times.
5. BE team two times return processed and got rejected without any discussion.
Why flipkart is not able to resolve this simple issue. I spent lots of time and effort to get this resolve through CS but it’s not going anywhere.
Can some one from the expertise look into this and help on this?
