I ordered ”Philips HP8100/46 SalonDry ThermoProtect 1000W Compact Hair Dryer – Purple” with the order number 123579574650267965103 for rupees 754/- on myntra. But I received a damaged product where it was broken. So I immediately raised a complaint and asked for a return on 15th of may 2023. And it reflected on my myntra account as “We’re on it. Pickup will be scheduled after we have verified the return request within 72 hrs”. But 2 days later the status of 72 hrs remain unchanged so I reached their customer support and they asked me to share the pictures of the damaged product which I already had shared while raising a request for return, however I reshared the pictures and the agent assured that they have reopened the ticket “IN23051514110253745776” and will proactively follow up and get back with an update within 24hrs. On 16th of May 2023 I receive a message to share three pictures of the product again. a) Complete product image. b) Barcode sticker image c) Product Box image. I wasn’t aware that there is a response window for myntra to connect with the customer so I couldn’t read their request for the third image. While I already had shared the first two images but couldn’t share the third image as I did not receive the Box Product. So I again on 21st of May 2023 reopened the issue of the pickup request and informed them I had no Box image for I did not receive anything in a Box. But again was of no help so I reached the customer support again with the chat Id “33736292” and he assured again that he will be arranging for a call back from the escalation team on priority basis and will send an acknowledgement within 24 hrs. But again no action is taken and it is 24th of May 2023 and I called the support team again but due to some technical issue the agent informed me that they are not able to fetch my details and hence asked me to call later. WHEN I AM THE ONE TO BEAR THE LOSS OF RECEIVING A DAMAGED PRODUCT YET THE MYNTRA TEAM MAKES THE EXPERIENCE FURTHER MORE HORRIBLE. To add, even my previous order with myntra had a very bad experience where I had received a different product to what I ordered while I had an important event to attend the next day for which I had placed an order with myntra.
