I have purchased samsung AC on 14/06/2022. On 19/06/2022, company technician installed it. When switched on , it was not working properly, no cooling so I requested for return on the same day. On 21/06/2022 samsung engineer came and checked and confirmed it to be manufacturing defect. But Flipkart is delaying the matter and neither refunding nor replacing the product only delaying.
