My name is Harika. My order id is 405-3040236-4643530 (Babique Elephant plush toy) received it from Amazon on 26th. Same day requested for return. No one showedup next day or the other next day. Spend my time, energy and mental peace with representatives on calls and chats for hours. No help. All they do is create a pickup and they have no clue whether they come home or not on the pickup date. All I was needed is a return and refund. Now I want them to pay for the time and energy they made me invest in them and also their hopeless false promises.
