Respected Sir,
I raised multiple return pickups for dead laptop products but initially, the verification failed due to an incorrect pickup raised by the executive, and then later the pickup request was raised correctly but no executive visited to pick up the item. – Dell 15 Inspiron 3511 (2021) 15.6 inches. (The amount is around 56000RS)
I raised almost 9 pickup requests but had no luck, Also to raise each request I had to call amazon customer care and spent almost 45-50 min.
I tried to escalate this issue but I have never seen any productive action/response from support.
