I have called the cs many times but they are helpless… specially Ms Noor from customer support n Mr Prashant from leadership department does not have any knowledge at all abt the product rules n regulations….Mr Prashant was very rude to me…he was not trying to give any solution neither he was sorry for my loss….the seniors should be very patient understanding and helpful but he is totally opposite of that….
