I had purchased Safari luggage Order ID – OD224677617033602000 on 14 April 2022.
The product came was already damaged, please find the screenshot attached.
I had raised return request and the return was accepted but is cancelled multiple times with no reasons provided.
Neither product is returned nor money is refunded. My money is stuck with flipkart.
This is far most the biggest harassment to consumer where no one from flupkart has any reason whatsoever.
Please please escalate this issue and provide the refund as soon as possible.
