Sir I bought an American Tourister Backpack from Amazon and after the bag was delivered, when I found its size bigger, then I applied for a return that too within the return period.
Now I have applied twice and both the time return pickup was canceled without any reason. I have also talked to customer care and after that the third date has been given to me to pick up the return….but still no solution and now I am not able to contact my customer care. Please kindly solve my problem.
