Text of Complaint by Mehul Jain:

I order a Fastrack Watch from Amazon for ₹765 on 4th May, 2023. The order came on 5th May, 2023 and it was clear by looking at it’s condition that it is a 2nd hand product, it had scartches on its face, strap had dirt and tag was already opened. I requested for returning the order. On 6th May, 2023, an executive from Flipkart came for picking up the order. He checked all the contents of the product and picked up the product telling me that I will get a confirmation by evening. At night I received a message from Ekart Logistics that my return order pickup was rejected for mis-matched product although it was already picked up by the executive. I complaint about it at the Flipkart customer care, complaint number – Incident: IN23050622351931797539. My issue is still not resolved and i want a refund.
