This item was reverse picked by AJIO Team on the date 11/4/22 with AWB19504698498801 and with pickup code DLVPC1038095776 and is also confirmed by AJIO
customer executive and subsequently complaints have been booked

and these are closed without resolution as the product was picked up by you but the amount not credited to my account
again two more complaints booked with you
04/5/22—COM00036318507,COM00036318496.these compalints also closed by AJIO with out refunding my amount even though they picked my product
JiO Team booking complaints only but not resolving and closing without resolution after elapsed time of nearly more than one month.
Hence kindly help me to instruct the AJIO to credit the refund the amount of Rs 1183.68 immediately.
