Hello
This is subin b George from jaipur. I ordered a product which is denim. I received a very bad quality product with stains and all. I spoke with help centre and they stated they will pick the item and will refund once quality checked is completed. The return was picked on 11 August 2023 and asked to wait 24 hours. Till this time I haven’t received refund. I even spoke with supervisor they also said to wait for 48hours but i haven’t received any refund. Please help me. It’s getting on my nerves.
