The product was delivered to my neighbour during my outstation tour and was received on 19th August and immediately after testing found it not suitable to means hence request raised for Return Pick up.The return window was closed on17th August and same was communicated to Amazon’s Customer Care personnel who in turn assured that the matter has been escalated to the concerned Department for further follow up action.
