Text of Complaint by Vinod Kumar Saini:

Hi, I have purchased the Samsung s 20 fe mobile from Amazon last 12 august 2022,
And product received me on 17th August 2022, when I use the product, I found the battery issue and face lock issue, when I contact to inspection engineer of Amazon, he confirmed that same problem in product, and he started the return process, but now the Amazon team made 3 pickup and all 3 pickup failed. Wrong reason mentioned by pickup team, customer denied to give the product while I was waiting the pickup boy on entire day. When I raise the complaint on Amazon for the same problem they accept that this the fault of pickup boy and made the new pickup on 25 the august, but same pickup was cancelled by Amazon team with same wrong reason. When I call again Amazon customer service team, team again made new pickup and again new pickup failed with reason of verification failed. While I called entire day to pickup boy but he not received my call. I am facing the lot’s of challenge in pick up the product and refund my amount, Amazon team not support me on pickup and refund process.

Pls help me.
