I have ordered party wear gown, but due to colour mismatch I return it. On 29 Oct 2021 I’ve got two msgs from different courier ecomXpressbees & delhivery. Around 4.45pm one guy came for pickup from xpressbees. He pick up my parcel & I also get msg from xpressbees about. Pickup done. But its not update in meesho app. Then after some time on same day another guy came from delhivery courier. He asked for pickup, I told him it’s already done. And also showed pickup msg. Still this guy was not satisfied, he cancelled my pick up on meesho app & update as cancelled in meesho app too.
I took follow up around 1week with expressbees courior guy. Every time he told me it will be update in app soon & u will get refund in min 15 days. Still I didn’t get any refund. Then I asked customer care and file complaint & took follow ups from November to February. Still I didn’t get any positive response as well as my refund till today.
