I ordered Concor Am-5 mg tablets (12 strips) on 18 August 2023 worth rupees 1051 which were delivered on 21 August but the doctor advised to discontinue the tablet on same day so I placed return order. On 23 August I received message that my return will be picked up today with the OTP. I was at my work, the delivery boy came so my mother handled him the parcel and he called me for the OTP which I gave him and he said the order is picked up. I do have the recording of the phone call. I raised complaint on the Flipkart health app for delay in refund. On 27 August at midnight received a message that my return is rejected with no explanation. What do I do?
