transaction refund reference number – 305117319046
Refund amount of INR 639.46 is not provided. It was initially added to my AJIO Wallet on 21st Jan ’23 but disappeared on the wallet. emailed your customer care id, they responded saying this amount was transferred to my bank account on 20th Feb 23. But the bank has confirmed that there was no transfer for this amount in Feb till date. I would request AJIO team to investigate on this and provide me my refund.
