I have ordered egate projector on 11th March, but it was defective product and same thing I explained to customer service with photos. She was scheduled return on 18.03.2023, But no one came to pick my order, again it was rescheduled on 19th, 21st but no one came to pick my return product. Today is 24th, till now I haven’t received any call.
I paid amount Rs 15,850 through my credit card, where my first EMI is on 2nd April. I want immediate solution for this.
