Hello team

 

Greetings of the day

 

I have ordered redmi note 8 on 23rd, july with amazon.in

But i have received damage mobile(display is not working)

 

Then i replace the order , but nobody still came to my home to return pickup.

 

I had call customer care 10 to 11 time but nobody can help me out this issue.

 

Every time customer care people generate return pickup for me. But every time pickup agent canceled my return pickup and mantion IMEI not match, i have to know if pickup agent not came to my home then how they can mention IMEI number not match.
