Text of Complaint by Pretom Roy:

I purchased a Motorola 200w bluetooth soundbar from flipkart. But the product is defective. Product has sound and bluetooth problem. 17 days have passed but no solution from flipkart regarding return or replacement. They just cencel the return or replacement request without tech visit and proper investigation. And the customer support team has minimal power. They can’t give any solution because they have no power. They just mislead and waste the consumer’s valuable time.
