I purchased a Realme Buds Air 2 from Jio Mart on 4 June 2023. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered significant defects that rendered it unusable. In accordance with Jio Mart’s refund policy, I promptly initiated a request for a refund. Regrettably, I have faced unresponsiveness and a lack of cooperation from your customer support team in addressing this matter, and they said they can’t give refund for the product.
