I ordered Redmi 10 worth ₹11499/- and it was delivered to me within 45mins after placing the order as prepaid. I ordered the mobile phone for my wife and which was too big to handle. I placed a request to return the same product within two hours of the delivery and the Flipkart staff gave me a tentative date of 20 Jul 2022 that they will tell me what will be their decision for pickup of the return when I spoke to the customer care executive. On 28 Jul 2022 I received a message saying that the product cannot be returned.
