I have made a payment of 4000/INR on 09-04-2023 to my friend his mobile number in UPI payment category with my iMobile app, not knowing it is fraud account which is as below.
Beneficiary Detais:

However, immediately I raised service request to block and refund the amount.
Till today I have raised the issue three times, but the amount still not refund back to me.
Kindly send my complaint to the bank and help me to get money back.
