I am writing to request a refund of the token amount that I paid for
booking a plot in your project Cape of Bliss, Dapoli. Unfortunately, due to
unforeseen circumstances, I have decided to withdraw from the project on 11-Mar-2023(mail sent for withdrawal).
I had paid a token amount of Rs.45, 000 at the time of booking date 25-Feb-2023 with reference number E230225PTQVVKW and I understand that this amount is refundable as per the terms and conditions of the booking agreement.
I have been informed over mail that my amount will refunded in 45 days. It’s been already 45 days over, I have not received my refund. Request you to expedite the same, as a customer I am helpless and loosing my trust towards Lodha Group.
This is very disappointing for me the day I raised refund request till now I haven’t received any notification regarding progress of refund. Despite of several reminder no one respond on my mail.
Let me know if anything else required from my side and provide ETA for refund.

I have the same complaint. They have taken token from me and its now than 2.5 months now. No refund processed yet. I am literally begging for my money to them.
I too have the same issue, its more than 120 days that i havent received any refund even after sending them ore than 15 reminders. Frustating
