I have bought an item “VeBNoR Solid Men Black, Grey Track Pants
Color: Black,Grey” on April 28 2023 and received it on April 30. But because of size fit issue I have raised return request on May 6(within the return policy period). Flipkart promised me that they will assign a wishmaster to collect the product but it is constantly being cancelled by the same wishmaster. He has neither contacted me not visited my place but kept on updating false reasons such as address mismatch, product mismatch. I have escalated the same to flipkart customercare but they too kept me waiting for these many days and no action was a taken on the wishmaster for these false reasons.
So far, my return request was cancelled 7 times because the wishmaster is updating false reasons and flipkart is not taking any action in him.
