I had ordered a few Tops from Ajio which were defective. After initiating the return requests and following up with their customer support have not got any resolution. I have got an automated message that my complaint has been resolved as I am happy with the products.
Here I would like to have following clarification from Ajio
1. Firstly why no one came to pick up as I had received the emails and confirmation SMS from Ajio
2. How the automated messages are created without our knowledge of not being available.l
3. None of your customer care have given the repose of resolved complaints

4. How is possible to receive automated SMS stating that I have canceled my returns infact I have been following up with customer care to align picks I am hereby attaching all the details of communication from your end.
I expecting a quick reply from your side. If it doesn’t happen I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities
