Hello,
I am writing this in regard to the below order details:

Order No. : 16890488810042711A

Product Name: Lifelong Infinia 500W 3 Jars Mixer Grinder, Grey
Price: ₹1,199.00

Problem: Received damaged product with low product quality.

Solution: Initiated Return request due problem with the product. Jio Mart representative rejected the return request. I urge you to consider this issue on the highest priority as a customer I am unsatisfied with the delivered product and hence initiated a return request.

  1. Yet no resolution received from Jio Mart, even after taking continuous update on every other day on Jio Mart customer care centre and same on email id: cs@jiomart.com from 13 July 2023 till today.

    I urge Jio Mart to provide appropriate solution as soon as possible as it 1month delay going on with complaint, Return and Refund.
