Text of Complaint by Sagar Chaturvedi:

I purchased Kamiliant Suitcase by American Tourister from Flipkart on 18th October 2021 and i got it delivered to my home on 19th October 2021in Pune,Maharashtra, India BUT it was not as described in size and hence i immediate asked for return to Flipkart using same Flipkart app and ordered for returned of same item.

As per Flipkart app, return pick up was scheduled to 21st October 2021 but till now no one came to pick up the return order despite my daily calls to Flipkart Customer care and Vendor. I explained my problem to Flipkart and its vendor that we all family going to home town next week and will not be available for whole month for return of product but no one understanding this issue.

Its height of frustration that no one coming for pick up of return order despite of giving so many calls and request.

I am requesting Flipkart to return my money and refund my money for the item as there is no fault or delay from my side at all in this return of item instead its all fault and delay from Flipkart and its vendor so i need my refund of money 1499 rs immediately.

If i will not get my refund then its legal complaint and need to be investigated legally from police.
