I have Purchase a smart phone ITEL Vision one( Order no (ID OD 122762093137478000) after delivery we started the Phone, it got heated & network issue, we raised the complaint of return within 10 min after receipt. FLIPKART schedule the technician visit 3 times , he accepted all complaint & confirm me to return it & schedule for pickup. but flipkart message is complaint resolved.
The heating of phone & network issue is harmful to my life.
