I ordered for sakora microfibre water absorbant kitchen mats, but i received cheb wipe brand which was similar in appearance to the one i have ordered before, so couldnt notice the nrand mentioned on the item. Secondly by mistake i ordered 2 quanties of the item .i requested for return of 1 quantity, 5 times, but every time pickup man asks for 2. I have used 1 item, how can i return, when my return was initiated for 1 item. I have been going through arguments since 10 days nd still no pic up nd refund.all this has created mental stress nd so i want immidiate refund nd waiver due to lack of communication from ur side
