I ordered on 8th march, n put a return item request on 10th March. I have spoken to 7 Amazon agents for return of the item to no avail.I have received an sms sitting my order return date is closed on 17th March.how is it possible when I hv sent return request in two days of receiving the item, and every agent I speak to has said my item will be picked up for return n refund n I have emails sent to me for the same. I am unable to send a pikup request now bcoz Amazon has put a note saying past return date.
This item is not a laptop for regular use but is being labelled wrongly and sold as laptop in the net. It does not have Windows OS, no HDD, no MS office and it works only on chrome OS on the cloud drive.
It is useless for my work as I need a laptop.
Please arrange urgently pick up or give me the address to deliver the product to the seller Appario retail put ltd.
