Text of Complaint by Sarada:

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M51 mobile from Amazon online with an option to return the product with in 7 days. I have placed return request on 7th day of product purchase ( 10/26/2020) due to quality and performance issues in Amazon website and got a auto response saying that Amazon team will investigate on the issue. However, I haven’t received any response from customer service team, so I have called the customer care team, but to my surprise they mentioned that they have not received any request for return and didn’t accept the return request. The cost of the mobile is 25000/- and I bought it on credit card. As a common man 25,000 is a huge amount to spend on a product with performance issues. Amazon team is asking me to reach out to Samsung saying the request for return has not placed within the time, which is not true. Amazon is cheating customers by selling performance issue products and not responding to customer appropriately. I would want my amount refunded by taking this product back.
