I have received a defective laptop from flipkart which is having a heating problem and fan making lot of sound. I am trying to place the return request but it keeps showing errors. I tried to contact customer care also but did not get a proper response. I am extremely frustrated with flipkart customer care service. Instead of giving the solution, customercare just delaying and asking for more time. I request you to arrange the return for this product and refund the full amount as soon as possible.
