We Applied for Return of the Induction set,within Return policy with the images and videos, as we didnt find it to be original as it had some dents on it . We waited for their team to revert on that , Then their server was big failure to record report issues with images and videso to be submitted. then their reviewer had called and took all the video and images on their whats app no to further escalate the issue. but it was almost 25 days we didnt had any response. so thought now to open and use the Induction. And When i started within 5 mins the Crystal glass of induction exploded. i was using milk boling option . Then Later again i complaint them , but Cs head also doesnt even seems to check and verify the pictures , and didnt provide a solution to it . On first review the person had confirmed me about return pick up , she even had asked for If we want to replace wth company pigeon seal pack fro their service centre. But since 1st hand wxperience was not good so i opted for Refund only. But Jio Mart was fair enough to run away from back door without any solution
