Cannot wear the dress ordered as it is too tight and I can not zip it from the back. Nykaa is showing an option to return/replace till 15 October but whenever I click on replace button it shows our apologies product can’t be replaced. I just want a bigger size and I have spent around 4200 for this product. Product was ordered on 20 September 2022 but was delivered very late i.e on 9th October that too after many complaints. When I got it , the size was smaller and I am unable to wear it but they are not even ready to give me a bigger size. Even in their website whenever I submit the review/concern error comes which shows intention of cheating. I want a legal action. Waiting for a favorable reply.
