Text of Complaint by Pratima Sheth:

I have bought a smartwatch ( Hoover Best Look ID 115 Plus Smart Bracelet07) order number OD120741162759426000 which arrived on 18-Jan-21. However it is not working, not even getting charged– app shows device is disconnected. Hence have asked for return and refund. However tracking dhows –Call with executive. Have scheduled atleast 8-10 calls since then. Callback comes any haphazard time instead of scheduled time and executive disconnects call within 30 seconds. Return needs to go before 25th Jan.  I am really fed up of your customer service, thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed. This is first time in last 3 years of Flipkart customership that this has happened. Never expected this behaviour from Flipkart . Request you to arrange for pickup of defective device on urgent basis. Please do something to improve your customer service or else  there are other online stores to buy goods. Never heard of customer service spoiling customer relationship!
